Has anyone here gone through the program at Towson in MD? I know it is not at the top of the list, but being a MD resident, it would be very inexpensive for me. How much weight does your degree granting institution have on where you get a job and how much consideration is given to your resume when it comes time to get that first job? I guess I always assume that it's how competent you are in a clinical setting and what you're capable of that dicate your job opportunites. Am I correct to assume this? Will a better institution give someone more opportunites on paper even if they aren't necessarily a better PA? Can anyone comment on their experiences? Thanks!
