Is anybody else having browser issues? It says internet explorer 6.0 or higher or firefox 1.5 or 2, as version 3 is not supported. I have IE 8.0 and it's not working...it just says "Unavailable" under the "Action" tab. Am I missing something?

I have the same problem with IE 8, so I use Firefox to take the PR tests. I haven't bothered to call their help desk, though I've heard they're incredibly helpful (for PR students, at least).

Their entire site is weirdly buggy, too. You often have to reset cookies to even get the main site to load. Maybe give that a shot, but I don't think it's going to work.

Either way, it's really dumb that it says IE 6.0+ is required but then tells you IE 8 is not compatible.

yea i had to download an old version of IE in order to take my tests

IE 8 does indeed work!

There is a button near the address bar that looks like a broken sheet of paper. Click it and this will fix your problems.

It's a nightmare every time I try playing with their Assessment page. Something always goes wrong. In fact, I give myself 30-45 min before a practice test to work out TPR bugs...

I think my favorite part is that whenever I call their customer service line, it rings twice and then disconnects. Then I try the other number and it does the same thing. Then they never respond to the feedback sheets you send.

I eventually just downloaded Firefox 2.0 and dealt with it. But really, that crap isn't worth the effort. I swear. TPR online is just awful in general.
