Someone highly recommended a book by Princeton Review for choosing medical schools to apply to. She said it was similar to the MSAR, but gave a softer sort of discussion on each school. Style of life, academic environment, etc. instead of just numbers.

Can't seem to find the name of it fitting that bill on Amazon. Does anyone know the title? Or can anyone recommend a non-MSAR book that fulfills that need?

I think it is 162 Best Medical Schools. I dunno how up to date it would be though.

Bought it. If anyone's thinking of buying it, it's a lot of MSAR rehash with VERY little insider, quality of life type info I was hoping for. Caveat Emptor...
