Hi guys

Just wanted to let you know, TPR really sucks..I work for them and know it personally...as I teach for them ...and they are by far the most unorganized company I've ever met.

So I proctored a SAT test for them over the weekend and I've proctored several tests for them as well as taught Bio. And they sent me a nasty email saying that I got some complaints and without asking me if those complaints were true or not, they immediately removed me from my next assignment which I thought was unfair.

Wouldn't a professional company ask their employee what went wrong and see their employee's perspective before cancelling their next assignment...I mean come on....if you want your employees to work for you, at least give them some decency of respect. And honestly, I couldn't figure out what I did different becasue I've worked for them for quite some time.

Any suggestions?

Must be an office thing. My office keeps adding classes and I don't want to teach.

Definitely talk to your director of the company. The director told me if there was a complaint on me they would back the teachers up at all time and then investigate silently.

Which branch do you work for? I work for the CT branch and I've never had a problem like that. Maybe you should talk to your office before flaming the entire company...my experience has been nothing but good.

i work for the So Cal office...

yeah thats what i thought..always back up your employees...

instead, i get this rude e-mail without asking my side of the story...i was definitely upset, and sent a professional e-mail to address the issue...

Blah...

You whining and bad mouthing Princeton Review only justifies them firing you.

I work for Princeton now and I absolutely love the people in our office. They are really nice and helpful. It's a lot of work right now (first time through so getting things together for my lessons) but I really like it. Maybe you should take up your issue with them (call them) and ask what happened and tell them how you feel.
