Wondering if anyone has done the online TPRH, I'm seriously thinking I should do this. I'm not improving on my own, and don't know what else to do.

I liked it. They provided significantly more material than I had the will to go through. It definitely toughens you up. I'm not sure how representative the BS section is on the TPR tests, but the PS is pretty accurate. The online topic passages are annoyingly hard and will definitely press you to make sure you are paying the appropriate amount of attention to the passage/that you know the material. But in the end, all the practice content won't help you if you don't learn to minimize dumb errors (I say this with all due respect, as I and many others make them) and if you don't take the time to learn the background material; I imagine if you know the background material your issue is with the former.
I would like to think I know my content, but I have posted my fl scores and got "you don't know your content" due to the scores... I would love to be solid on it, maybe then I will be able to regurgitate in a more speedy fashion, and the stupid little mistakes are just killers! I guess these are done w lots of fl practice...i hope. I'm getting to the point of desperation to do well, and just not knowing where to go from here.
Did you take the test already, and how did you do, if you dont mind me asking? I know they guarantee the results you want...I need a 6-8 point increase! Well now with paying for this, I really should aim for higher!
Thanks, good luck to you
Sorry! Haven't taken it yet, May 21st is my D-day. I'll let you know June 21st 🙂
Oh, well good luck to you then!!!
How are you doing on the fl?
Thinking about doing the next available (Mon-Thurs, Sun, 2.5hrs), probably better for me than the w/e one. How much time do you spend studying outside of the class?
I took the class a while ago, went to it for about a month and then stopped due to pure laziness, so pretty much all the studying I did was outside of the class. For a month and a half, I studied about 4hrs/day and on the weekends I did about 6-8hrs, a lot of the time is spent doing their workbook and learning to concentrate on the passage at hand while trying to minimize dumb errors. I started really studying about the very end of Feb. It's been downhill since about two weeks ago because I hate studying O-chem.
