This is just a quick reminder to all of you pre-dentals applying next year. When you give your school(s) the transcript matching form that they send to AADSAS with your official transcripts, make sure to give it to them with an envelope that has a tracking number. This will encourage the school to send off your transcripts promptly!
I didn't do this. I was unaware(stupid) that when I submitted my AADSAS application it wasn't submitted to my schools of choice. It was on hold until AADSAS received my official transcripts. I took classes at a small college like many high school seniors do. The small colleges are the worst about not sending transcripts. I was notified by AADSAS right before deadlines and had to go to the school that didn't submit and give them another transcript matching form. I missed two deadlines by the time AADSAS processed my application. This is a lot of money down the drain because of some lazy admissions employ. Don't make this mistake!!! You will get less interviews because of a late application!
