Training License - Fellowship ERAS

Does anyone have any advice on how to fill out the licensure section on ERAS for fellowship applications? Do I list my training license number? Do I need to have my own state licensure/DEA? Thanks so much!

Yes you list your training license. If you have an independent state license or DEA list that too, but if you don’t have it then don’t. You will likely have time after fellowship match to get those if needed
