Trancript matching forms

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If by get, you mean download, then yes.

When you fill out the AADSAS application, you click a link that lets you download the matching forms.

You then take those forms to your college's Registrar Office and have them send it with your transcript to the AADSAS people.

to request transcripts from my college, you have to do it all online. how would it work in this situation?

So go to the actual office and if it's miles away, then just call them and you can fax it.

But you are not allowed to have the official transcript sent to your home directly, and you send the matching form with the official transcript?

Also, where are we supposed to send the matching forms? To AADSAS? I have taken some CC courses when I was in high school, and I just tried to order transcript and all they have is school codes to get my transcript sent..

I took some CC classes when I was in high school myself (general chemistry). I ended up going there and handing the transcript matching form to them directly.

i didn't want to create a new forum but i have a same question

so the FIRST day we can actually MAIL out transcripts and LOR's to aadsas is June 4th? (When application starts)?

As for transcripts, this is one thing NOT to take your time on. Even if your DAT is not taken and your application is not ready on June 4th, go onto AADSAS and fill in your general information (name, etc) and print out the transcript matching forms. Next, find out how the registrars office can receive the form - maybe you can bring it in person, maybe they only accept mail, or perhaps you will have to fax a copy. Either way, make sure those forms get sent first thing because once your university or college sends the transcripts it will still take AADSAS forever to process them. Make haste!

One of my schools didn't accept any forms, so I decided to request all my transcripts without the matching forms. The AADSAS eventually processed them, but it takes a little bit longer. Nonetheless, I was still in the first batch 🙂 Anyway, you have to wait for the cycle to open in order to get the matching forms and sending them in will make everything go faster.

thank you for your replies!

for some reason, i thought that i needed to send my transcript BEFORE june 4th so I can "submit" my application on june 4th with everything inputted & verified

Nope, nothing will happen right off the bat on June 4th. Your patience will be tested this summer!
