I'm a mess right now with transcripts. I took CC classes while in high school and then went straight to a university. I'm having some trouble entering some of my classes as a result.

1) My university transcript lists all the classes that I took from the CC and a lot of the information is incorrect. I've been told that as long as I send both transcripts this will be okay, just wanted to make sure.

2) According to my transcripts, my AP credits were given credit ONLY on my CC transcript (it's also on my university transcript but listed as while in CC in 2015) while I was still in high school. AMCAS does NOT let me enter these AP courses under my CC (the AP box is blacked out whenever I try to click it) under the appropriate year (2015). I started university in 2016 and am able to input it under this year, but this isn't the same year I received credit nor the same institution which granted the credit. Essentially, there is no way for me to enter the correct year/institution as read by my transcripts. This question is my biggest concern.

3) I have a failed AP credit that does not appear on my CC transcript but does appear on my uni transcript under the CC section. Does this need to be included? Per AMCAS guidelines: "Unless credit has been granted by a U.S. or Canadian postsecondary institution or university for an AP course or an AP exam, you should not include such information on the application." Since credit was not granted, should I simply not enter this in my coursework section?

Thanks!

You likely need to change the start date of the CC to backdate to high school.

You need to enter your AP credit under the institution it was granted under.

It doesn’t matter what your Uni day about your CC credits. Enter what the CC transcript says.

The start date is while in high school. I was in high school 2012-2016, I was at the CC from 2013-2016. I was at uni from 2016-2019. I was awarded AP credit by the CC in 2015, but since I have to put this as "high school" I am unable to click the "AP" box when I enter the courses, this is the problem. So I can either put it in the correct institution and year and NOT click the AP box or I can put it in the wrong institution/year and click the AP box.

Why are you putting that as high school? If they were classes at a community college then You put them as college not as high school.

You check mark high school if you took college courses through high school not if you took college courses while in high school.

Per AMCAS Guidelines: "The only available Year in School for courses taken before the High School graduation date you entered in the Schools Attended section is High School." I'm supposed to list them as high school. In fact, I am unable to select anything other than high school.
