Transcript emails and general AMCAS status question

So I'm going to submit my AMCAS tomorrow because my school wouldn't release my transcript until yesterday. Interestingly enough, I had them FedEx it overnight to AMCAS and today I received an email saying that they gotten the transcript already. However, I didn't get an email from AMCAS saying that they received transcripts from two other schools that I have taken courses at. Do they ever not send out such emails? I had requested and confirmed that the other schools send out the transcripts to AMCAS.

Also the email said that on the AMCAS welcome page when I login I should be able to see what transcripts were in, but mine doesn't say anything. Anyone notice this too?
