Transcript entry?? Super Confused!!

So my undergrad started off as quarter system, then it eventually turned into a semester system, so do I add this institution as 2 separate institutions where one accommodates the quarter system and the other the semester? if so, do i request 2 separate transcripts from the same school each pertaining to their corresponding quarter or semester system? Sorry if this sounds confusing, don't know how else to explain it, hope you guys understand what I'm asking.

I would call the AADSAS on this one. That is a really weird circumstance and they would probably be the best help that you are going to get.
