I'm filling out the AMCAS and I've arrived at the section to enter my courses. I watched the tutorial on how to enter AP credits, but my transcript doesn't just list AP credits. Instead, it matches my AP credit with courses offered at my school. This is what my transcript looks like:

ADVANCED PLACEMENT CREDITS
ACCEPTED 18.00 HOURS

CHEM-110- GENERAL CHEMISTRY 4HR
CHEM210- GENERAL CHEMISTRY 4HR
LIT-120- INTERPRETING LIT 3 HR
LIT 125- GREAT BOOKS: WESTERN WORLD 3 HR
MATH-221- CALCULUS I 4HR

Do I enter these course numbers, titles, and credit hours into my application and then just check off Advanced Placement?

You still list them as AP credits, as far as my understanding goes. My school also matched my AP credits to courses offered by my University but I still marked them as AP credits as AMCAS described. I'm pretty sure AMCAS says to put the course name down of the original AP class you took, which I would imagine to be highly similar to the course your University matched it to.
