Forgot to individualize my AP credit courses on AMCAS help

Hey y'all so I realized last week I forgot to list out all the courses I received AP credit for on my AMCAS so I just had a lump of credits on the transcript but that includes my English classes I need for med school requirements. AMCAS told me they can't go back and add my classes but obviously it's all on my official transcript? Am I totally screwed? I'm thinking of sending an update to clear up the discrepancy SOS what else should I do?

If your official transcripts only listed them as a lump of credits there’s not much you can do
If offered an admission you may have to point out to the individual school that xx of those credits were from AP English

My official transcripts from my university had the courses I received credit for listed out it's just all lumped on my amcas. I'm assuming admissions has access to both I hope lol is it still worth pointing out in an update on the portal?
