If you are a good candidate, I doubt they will care.
As an example, it took me an extra year to graduate and if someone had access to my "file" at the school of pharmacy it would make them cringe....but because I performed "exceptionally" during a specific rotation, when hiring time came around for that certain hospital they didn't seem to notice or particularly care about the fact that my date range in pharmacy school was five years.....they seemed to focus on the fact that they remembered me as the "freak that did the TPN calculations in his head and knows the molecular pharmacology of every drug ever made".
So, no, don't dwell on it, bucko.....
