transcript mailed a week ago, no sign. who to call?

a school i need a transcript from said that it would be mailed out last friday. there's still no sign of aadsas receiving it. is this a case where i call the school or aadsas?

If you did not overnight it, it can take awhile. I overnighted one and not the other. The one I didnt overnight took just over 2 weeks for AADSAS to say received.

This is what happened to me.
Takes 1 day for school to receive my transcript request form. Then it took about 3 days for them to process it. Then it took AADSAS 7 days to "receive" it and then a few more days to process it and verify.
Thats about 10 days to receive it.

see that's what i don't understand! my main school sent that one out within 2 days of receiving the request. the school i'm having the problem with right now - they received the request on JUNE 24th - as of last thursday they were only up to the week of june 8th's requests!! so they said that if i come down to them they'll pull it - and last thursday the woman said she'd mail it out the next day. so if it was mailed on 7/10 and it's only going from NY to MA...

It will get to MA in a day or two, but it just sits in a basket. They don't immediately label it as receieved.

It takes AADSAS a long time to do everything guys. Don't worry about when your application is mailed out to schools because if you submitted before the end of June then you're still really early. Just sit back and make sure that all of your application fees are paid and everything is complete. Worrying about it will not make AADSAS mail it any faster.
