transcript matching form not loading?

i've been trying to print the transcript matching form but it's not loading. has anyone else come across this problem?

Maybe try a different browser, such as Internet Explorer. I believe at the beginning of the cycle some people were having trouble with Mozilla, so see if IE works.

thanks! it didnt work in safari but worked just fine on IE
