Transcript Matching Form Question

This might be a dumb question, but is there a way I could electronically sign the transcript matching form? Or does the form require a physically signature? I'm just asking because I'm ordering my transcripts online and need to attach an electronic copy of the transcript matching form. I don't have a scanner and would need to figure out a way to get a signed form scanned into an electronic version if it does require a physical signature. Thanks in advance for your help!

you need a physical signature.
Just scan it at any local library or internet cafe

if you have a mac, download the pdf matching form. and then there's a signature section where you can take a picture of your signature and then use that to electronically sign the form. That's how I did it.
