Transcript Matching Form Question

[virtualmaster999]

Hi all!

Quick question on this:

towards the top of the form, it says "Former name used while enrolled in the institution", but I still go to the university. Should I still fill this part out?

Thanks!!

That line is like for if you got married and your name changed since graduating, no need to fill out.
