Transcript Matching Form

Since AADSAS isn't opening up their application till June 1st I was wondering if there anywhere else I can obtain the transcript matching form. I prefer to hand that to my school before I leave for the summer rather than go through the trouble of faxing/mailing...Thanks in advance.

june 1st you can print out, not earlier.

Yeah, I believe we have to wait until June 1st. I think the matching form specifies the application year, so you wouldn't be able to use last year's. I would send it via fax!

Faxing the form is a bad idea, because the barcode might not get copied correctly. This would, in the worst case scenario, lead to a couple weeks delay of transcript processing...

^ don't scare me like that haha. I faxed it my first cycle as well and it worked but this time I was just trying to get a head start so I wouldn't have to deal with the fax later. Guess it can't be avoided.
