Transcript matching forms are not mandatory

Everything was received and i didn't use the matching forms. For the people who were asking, I hope this cures your woes.

I never used matching forms either and my transcripts arrived okay. It's just if you don't use the matching form and one of your transcripts happen to disappear, you are SOL, and you can't blame AADSAS for it at all.
