Transcript not received by optomcas?

My transcript was mailed July 12th (from a Canadian school) and hasn't been received by OptomCAS yet. Is anyone else in a similar situation/know when I should get worried if it was lost in the mail or something?

I sent mine Canada Post Xpresspost on July 4th (from Newfoundland) and it was received July 11th. If you didn't send it Xpresspost, I imagine it could still be a while. Hopefully by the end of this week. You could always contact OptomCAS and see what they have to say.
