Transcript not yet received...WHY?

Ok so I sent out my transcript to AACOMAS and AAMC.

Transcripts have been received at both institutions..

Why does my AACOMAS app say "Transcript Received: No" while it says "Received" under "View Transcript Request"

What the heck is going on here..?

Okay so the same thing happened to me last year. I waited like a month thinking they would fix it. Eventually I just used the help form on the AACOMAS application to point out the problem and the guy answered and fixed it right away. So I'd suggest doing that. Something is buggy with their system.
