Transcript Problem???

Also did your school use regular mail or express? Cause sometimes it could just be that they are slow mailing it out. Call your school and double check if they've mailed it

I mailed my transcripts on June 12 and they didn't even get "received" by AADSAS until the 29th. Who knows how long it will take them to verify my GPA. It just takes a long time and after calling they said just to be patient, which is difficult when there is a chance they won't ever get our transcripts if there was a mailing error. I would wait at least another week though before resending them, and in the grand scheme of things I doubt a few weeks will even matter.
Mine was mailed out from NY on June 20 and it still says not received. At least it's good to know I'm not the only one who's having this problem!
Man I hope tomorrow it updates and verifies my stuff!

My transcript was mailed on June 13 but still no update. I called a couple days ago...they made a mistake and thought my middle name was my last name and is causing a lot of delay. So frustrated!
I just called and they said I need to wait 10 business days from the time they actually receive it. So that puts me at the 12th.
if that were true i wouldve been verified yesterday. still not. i feel like they just go in a somewhat random order bc i shoudlve definitley been verified by now. ppl whose transcripts were recieved after mine are already verified according to what some kids are posting here on sdn. and im still NOT verified (gpa not calculated). i dont understand their system........😕😕😕🙁🙁🙁
Same here. Nothing of mine is verified...and my last transcript still needs to get there.
I don't get what's going on. We're going to miss all the early batches!!!!

Anyone have any updates on their transcripts? Mine still hasn't been changed to "received" yet, and it's been almost 4 weeks since it was sent.

Mailed June 21st. Still nothing. Told me to wait until July 12nd to make it officially 10 business days.
I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD RESEND OR NOT.
my gpa was verified today. last transcript recieved was on the 24th of june.
i think u should resend or call and ask them wat is going on....
2pacclone, I am literally in the exact same situation as you. I had transcripts from 3 different universities and one still isn't showing up. I called the university and they said they sent it on June 21st (as is the same for you). I called AADSAS today and they said it takes 7-10 business days. Ant that if it isnt received by the end of this week to call AADSAS back and get advice as to whether a 2nd should be sent.
** I had the university send a 2nd copy last week because I was getting getting anxious. I told AADSAS this today and they said if they end up receiving both transcripts, I will have 2 of the same transcript scanned onto my account- and that this would not be a problem.
Lets hope these damn transcripts it so schools can actually look at our apps.

yeah man, i can't be the only one. there's no way this should take so long. it's been nearly 3 ****ing weeks!
so I just called AADSAS again (3rd time!!) and they told me that if you fax your "transcript matching form" to your school it might "skew" the barcode and therefore it will take longer to process... how annoying (it has been 3 weeks since my tanscripts were sent)! Did anyone else fax their form to their school? I'm wondering if I should mail a matching form to my school and request another transcript to be sent to AADSAS but by the time it gets there it'd be another week atleast... this is so frustrating, I should have made the 2nd or 3rd batch!

Hmm processing your transcript and sending another transcript might take about the same time, so I would just keep waiting?

Ahh something finally changed for mine!! My college name shows up when I click on Transcripts, but the Date Received is still blank. But I assume they've actually received it?!
That's ALWAYS there....the date part is the important part.
Mine has been blank for 3 weeks now even though I sent the last transcript on the 21st of June. 5 days traveling time + 10 business days makes it the 12th.
my nightmare is that it DIDNT get there....and that i have to drive to the college registrar and resend it....and start over....
and to think i wanted to be in the early batches!!!

I'm going crazy over here too! My school sent my transcript on the 6th of June, that's 5 weeks now :s :s But I'm in Toronto, so I thought maybe it takes a few weeks, but isn't this way too long now? I called AADSAS a few times and they kept saying to wait :s :s Anyone else from TO having the same issue?
Okay so like many of you guys in this thread, I had the same issue. I shipped my transcript express via Fedex and had it arrive on the 25th of June. I've been calling AADSAS to see what was going on, they finally said that Fedex might've given it to the wrong person in the front desk... so now they said I have to resend it. So I'm having it resent right now. So to you guys in this thread, CALL AADSAS RIGHT AWAY ESP IF YOU'VE BEEN WAITING A LOOOOONG TIME BECAUSE THIS IS NOT FAIR!

I don't think you have to drive there.
You can request transcripts online for some schools, if you have a scanner to scan your AADSAS Transcript Matching form.
My undergrad is 8 hours away (driving), so I requested transcripts online, scanned the transcript matching form and made it into a PDF file, then I used an online website that allows you to send free fax. I think it's called faxzero or something. I faxed the pdf to the school, and the school also allowed me to write a comment when I requested the transcript. I just wrote to include the matching form with the transcript.
It worked! 🙂 Good luck!

I mailed June 21. How is that my fault that they probably lost it in the process??
People on the quarter system get their transcripts after all the grades have been officially posted, which is around june 21st. such as me
My friend also had one of his transcripts mailed on June 21. AADSAS still hadn't received the transcript. He mailed a new one today :/
Another quote up there said that it had the school listed, but not the date? My guess is that if you e-submit your application without the transcript having been received, the school goes up on your application, but the transcript date doesn't show. I think they don't put the school up until you e-submit your app or until they receive your transcript, whichever comes first.
Is anyone else who had a transcript mailed around June 20th having trouble with AADSAS too? I'm hoping my friends transcript is received anyway....sometime later today or tomorrow...
So I called them today and they said they can't find my transcript anywhere. WTF. Now I have to re-send them and delay my app even more. I suggest everyone call, have them look, and re-send ASAP if needed.

My school said that they mailed out my transcript on the 20th... I've called AADSAS 4 times now and they told me to be patient and wait until at least this friday (tomorrow) before sending another one... I asked if there is anyway that they could check if mine is there (and just not updated as "received" yet) and they told me they do not have access to see if my transcript is there?!?
Yeah guys quickly resend it. I just got my status changed to received after i had sent it yesterday. (Fedex rushed delivery)
I just resent mine... (called AADSAS again today and instead of telling me to "be patient," they actually checked to see if my transcripts were on file, and they weren't)... if my school didn't charge a ton of money to have them express shipped then I definitely would have.. here's to waiting another 7-10 days... 👎
The guy I talked to actually went and checked their scanned files to see if they have it and just not updated. Maybe try and talk to someone else?
Just went back and express mailed it. What bull**** luck I have.
Mine was sent June 22 and I called 5 times since then, I had it resent last Thursday, and Today it was received =) Tuesday I called them and they said about half of the applicants were in the same boat as me and about 1/3 of the calls were about transcripts, so ya hang in there.
Eh, if it affects everyone then we're all equal. Too bad I doubt this affected everyone. 3 weeks is a long time!

I then check AADSAS today (Friday) and it says received 7/13 for the the transcript that took 22 days.
So is the update regarding the OLD or NEW? If it's about the old, then I just wasted like 37 bucks re-mailing but if it's about the new one, then DAMN that's quick!

The update is probably for your first transcript. The same thing happened to me too actually. I requested another transcript to be sent and found out that the next day, my first one was posted! I guess we were both impatient to wait just one more day haha.
