transcript question please

Hey guys just a quick question about the transcript portion of the application. I entered all of my college courses but from what i understand of the instructions i need to add my high school IB credits as well? Do i enter my high school for the institution? and what do i put for the term and term type? thanks guys

AP credit needs to appear on a college transcript.
