I took chemistry over the summer from a university other than my home institution, and then took a year of physics there a year after graduation from my home institution. I am wondering if I need to enter two separate entries (therefore generating two separate transcript IDs) in AMCAS since one was a summer course and the other was technically post-bacc undergrad?

You need one entry (of school to request transcript) per school.

I went to a school twice over like 8 years (high school and collage) and it just needs one entry.
