Hi,

I submitted my undergrad transcript to AMCAS and received an email saying they received it. I put my post-bacc for next year on AMCAS as well (8/2016-5/2017). AMCAS says that my post-bacc school's transcript is "Not Received" which of course is true because I haven't taken classes for that yet.

Will this slow down my verification process? Will it show my application incomplete or something because AMCAS is waiting on a transcript that is not coming?

I think whether or not it slows down your verification depends on if they fix the problem for you or bounce it back. You aren't supposed to list your future post-bacc in schools attended. You can update individual schools on your progress though. Have you registered for classes yet? If so then you should be able to produce a (blank) transcript, and you can enter courses that you know you're taking in the course work and classify as current/future.

Does this mean you haven't yet finished the prereqs?

No I have, they are these are enhancement courses. So I should just register and send a blank transcript?

If you register I don't think your transcript will be blank per se, just credit-less. From AAMC website defining what should be entered in "schools attended":

"List every post-secondary institution where you were enrolled for at least one course, even if credits have been transferred, no credits were earned, or you withdrew. "

Being enrolled for a course is the key. If you could register for a course with the registrar and get a transcript sent, then you should be good, though delayed.
