Hello, So I am missing a prereq for dental school and I just finished it for summer 1 at another college other than my undergrad. The transcript only has the one course I took and I updated my grades and ordered the transcript to send to adea but afterwards I read that I should only have done this during academic update period. Do I need to reorder the same transcript during academic update period for them to recalculate my gpa or the transcript I just ordered today will be used? Thanks for any input.

So you already submitted and verified before this? How did you update your AADSAS?
Yes I already submitted my application and my gpa has been verified. I just changed my planned course work as done. Input the letter grade I got and ordered the transcript for that class. Im not sure if adea will update and recalculate my new gpa outside of the academic update period or I’ll have to resend the transcript during the period for them to recalculate my gpa?

I would check with the help documentation and then customer service. I wouldn't think they would recalculate and include your summer courses at this time, but i could be wrong.

Thanks I gave them a call and they said the transcript I sent should be fine. I just need to give them a call during academic update and let them know about it.
