Sorry guys. Another quick question. I have the Transcript Request Form basically ready. I see there is an "ID" bar/drop down menu. I can either choose my social security number or my school ID. Which one should I choose? I guess that's the alternate ID. I'm sure people know what I'm talking about. Which do you think I should choose? And just to double check is this the address we sent the Transcript to:
