Transcript sent through regular mail June 4th...still not on AADSAS (Canadian) - is this normal?

Well the title says it all...
It's been 11 business days (more than 2 weeks) by now since my school sent my transcript out, and it's still not showed up on AADSAS.

I also went to another Canadian school, but that transcript showed up on the 17th and was sent the same day.

Should I call AADSAS? Should I sent another one by courier?

Has anyone ever had to wait this long? Or has anyone's transcript ever just mysteriously not made it?

I sent mine on June 2nd (delivered June 3rd from my school), and under the 'Transcripts' menu selection on AADSAS, all it shows is my school name but nothing under the "Date Received" box. Normal..?

I waited 3 weeks and I've heard the same from people who applied early last year (I applied "late") it's not abnormal

When you say you waited 3 weeks, did you wait 3 weeks before you saw anything appear in the transcripts section? So it was blank for a good 3 weeks?

I had my schools send mine on June 10th. One was received on June 16th and there is still no word if the other was received or not. Sent a letter to the registrar to make sure it actually got in the mail, but haven't heard back yet.

I sent 2-3 copies of my transcript within a day apart just to cover my bases.

Last year, I sent transcripts through regular mail, and apparently, never got there. So I sent it again through courier service so that I can track it, which delayed my application process. I suggest you utilize the courier service if your school provides one.

ugh this is so frustrating...guess I have to waste another $15 now ordering another transcript 🙁
I'll make sure to always use courier service in the future

Same with CDA if you wrote Canadian DAT. It took me about a month for CDA to send my CDAT scores. Always use courier... It's worth every penny.

It can take a while, especially now when AADSAS are going through so many other transcripts. It should not make too big of a difference whether you are from Canada or not. Mailing from Ontario to Massachusetts is probably quicker then mailing from lets say Alaska.
