I think you have the process backwards. You must submit your transcripts before you submit your entire AMCAS. A large part of the "verification" process that takes place after you submit your AMCAS is to match the courses/grades you listed with the transcripts that you send in. If your transcripts aren't in by the time you submit your AMCAS on June 1, your application will be placed on hold until they are all there. So yeah, print out those transcript request forms ASAP and get em in.
