We have to have the transcript matching form attached to our official transcripts so that means we cant send for the transcripts until June 3rd right?

Correct. When the application becomes available, login and print the transcript matching forms. Then fax/drop off with a transcript request form to your registrars office. The speed that this occurs is limited by the requests made to the registrars office.
