transcript to AADSAS

i asked my school to send my transcript to AADSAS last week and it was sent last week
it has been over a week and my online application still says it has NOT been received.

how long does it usually take for AADSAS to receive it after the school sends it?
i also took the DAT 2 weeks ago and AADSAS still have not received it.

looks like i'm not even going to be in the 3rd batch...very worried!

Well third batch is still early but I feel your pain. Two of my transcripts were loaded today... I sent them a month ago... It does take a while though. In my unique situation the two were lost in AADSAS land for whatever reason. I just kept calling and calling and calling until I FINALLY talked to someone who was actually willing to help me out and track them down. After she found them she had them expedite the process.

Best of luck to you! I would wait another week or less if you are really freaking out and just keep calling them asking about the status. Also make sure your schools sent the transcript matching form because that will delay it. That was one of the reasons why mine were "lost". Best of luck to you!

I got 2 of my 3 transcripts in and verified within 2 weeks of sending them but the last one took longer. I called my school and had another one mailed, and both of them arrive within a week of each other 1 week later (sent duplicates). It varies, but it probably has more to do with the speed of the registrar from which its being sent, not so much the postal service / AADSAS. Just call up your registrar and check the status to make sure its been sent.

Keep in mind if your school took 1-2 days to process it and then sent it regular USPS, it could take over a week to even get to AADSAS. Then AADSAS would need some time to process it.

At this point in the game, I wouldn't be surprised if it took about 2 weeks for your transcripts to be loaded. Check the "post your timeline" thread to see how long it is taking others. 🙂

If it helps-I requested my transcripts be sent on Friday and they have been received and my GPA was calculated today!

about two weeks.
Definitely do NOT ask your school to send it again. It is well on its way via the good ole' Canada Post snail mail.
