As I complete my courses this summer and next fall/spring, do I need to send updated transcripts to the medical schools I have applied to or do they only require that after you've been accepted? Thanks!

I am pretty sure it isn't required, but if you have good grades, it can only help your app if you update the schools, especially if your gpa is a little low. After you are accepted and finish school you will have to send in a final transcript, but anything before that is just icing I believe.
