In regards to this, the system generates a Transcript Matching Form that you must give to the Registrar's office for them to include with your transcript. Some schools use National Student Clearinghouse, and you can attach the PDF to your transcript order, but if your school doesn't, you'll have to print it out and take it to the office (must be attached some way to your transcripts so that the ADEA can match them to your application). I think if anything is sent by the student, it's not considered official anymore and will not be used.you have to fill out a paper from the AADSAS website
Thanks for the answer! That's very useful! In regards to this, the system generates a Transcript Matching Form that you must give to the Registrar's office for them to include with your transcript. Thanks for the answer! No, you have to fill out a paper from the AADSAS website and then give it to your registrar and they send your transcript to AADSAS.
Did AADSAS give you any grief about this? I would like to avoid taking a plane trip to just hand the registrar a piece of paper, so if this works without issue that would be amazing news. Was there any documentation about this method anywhere?I had my transcripts sent to my house in sealed envelopes, then I put them in one big folder and mailed that along with the transcript matching forms. No issues for me, just as long as the sealed envelopes are stamped and not opened.
Thanks for sharing the experience! Just a quick question, is the "transcript matching form" same as the 'transcript request forms" produced automatically by the online ADEA AADSAS system? I only see the "transcript request forms" introduction in ADEA AADSAS brochure, I think they are the same thing we mentioned here, is that right? I called AADSAS and asked if it was okay, and they said that as long as everything was still sealed it was fine.Did AADSAS give you any grief about this? This is a great idea. I imagine you were able to request these before the application opened?I had my transcripts sent to my house in sealed envelopes, then I put them in one big folder and mailed that along with the transcript matching forms. Thanks for the clarification!same forms, yup!
yup. Then rush shipped them the day the cycle opened--which was only a few extra bucks--and they had everything within a few days. I also made sure to order an extra copy of each transcript just in case something happened in the mail, because ordering transcripts takes a week or two. This is a great idea.
