Transcript walk through

You need to have your undergrad institution(s) send the transcript to the address provided by AADSAS. There isn't much else you can do from your end.
Okay so I just requested them from my school this weekend, I didn't realize I had to do it on my own, I presumed the pre health committee would (very stupid I know). I did fill out the request form on AADSAS a month ago. I send it here right; ADEA AADSAS Transcript Processing Center at P.O. Box 9110, Watertown, MA, 02471?
Where do I get the transcript request form? I'm overseas right now and can't physically take anything to my school.
Have you completed the "Colleges Attended" section of Academic History? That should let you generate a transcript request form within AADSAS for every school you attended.
Call/email your registrar and ask if they can print out the PDF and send it with the transcript to AADSAS. If yes, download the request form like how the above posters have said. Email to registrar and have faith they'll attach it
Yes I've finished it all and submitted the application, I even contacted the Customer service for them to double check everything and I'm all set on that end.
I just downloaded the request forms and am going to email them to both of my schools.
Update:
I've emailed both schools letting them know I requested the transcripts yesterday to be sent to the verification center and linked the two forms for each school letting them know they both need to be sent together.
I'm an idiot for not knowing this in the first place but at least I did everything else and my letters will be arriving next week, hopefully with these transcripts. fingers crossed

You need to send them with the matching form you get from addsas

It's there. once you enter your school name and info, you'll get the matching forms that need to be sent along with your official transcripts to addsas
But if you overseas, you need to call you school, and email or fax them the matching form.
