If we submitted an official transcript with our CAS application, is it necessary to have an updated official copy of our transcript sent in again with the Dean's letter/MSPE??

I don't think so. The MSPE will have the grades of each rotation beside the synopsis of your performance in that rotation. At least that's how my school does it
