Just wondering, does each school required an official transcript? And since I think i will apply to 10 dpt programs, schould i request 10 transcript for each school i went?

Have you looked at the requirements for each school, or the PTCAS requirements? They should tell you what is required. Not every school wants an extra transcript, but some want them sent directly to their admissions office. It depends on where you're applying.
