At my school when transcripts are sent out they only have third year grades, no fourth year. Therefore, none of my EM rotation grades are on it. Is this pretty standard? I know that my dean's letter will talk about the EM rotations but they won't get that until November. I'd like for the programs to know earlier, b/c I did well on them. Is this pretty common practice? Or do most med schools rescan transcripts with updated grades regularly?

I put all of my grades (third year + EM AI) under "med school honors" in ERAS. For you, now, I'd assume that if you can't wait until Nov.1... which is not too far away, your only alternative is to email/USMail all of your programs with a notification of your grades.
