I believe so. But they won't start calculating/verifying anything before you pay your money.

Yes you can. It will show up as "received" and the date AADSAS received it under the pull down menu for transcripts. However, like Jigabodo said, they won't actually verify it until they have your money!!!!!!!, and you have submitted.
