Can I down load it the matching form now? or it is possible after e submit?
Tried to down load the form, but have failed to do so. is it just me? or I have to e submit it first?

Should be able to download it now, before e-submit. I got mine keep trying. Open it in adobe pdf viewer. What do you mean failed to do so?

You have to set up who all is writing LORs for you before you can download the matching form. Didn't know if you tried that? Not sure. lol

I didn't do my LOE stuff yet, but can download my transcript form.

you shouldnt worry too much, since even if you e submit, AADSAS wont do anything until they receive your transcript + matching form. try again tmr (should be less of a traffic for sure).
