For those who already sent in application,
are you able to give the transcript match form to the registar office of college/school u attended? or are you able to give that only after you submit the application?

if you've created an aadsas account and entered your school information, there should be a pdf file of the matching form that you can print. it should be available prior to e-submitting

I had two transcripts to send from two different schools.

I gave the matching form to the registrar's office of my current school to attach to the transcript. There was no easy way of doing that for my other school's transcript, so I just had them mail the transcript. Both were accepted by AADSAS. Hope that helps.
