Transcripts b4 finishing the app

I still need more than a couple of weeks to work on my application,
can I go ahead and ask my CC and university to send the transcripts now?

Sure why not! I would, I submitted my application on June 4th and Im still waiting on my transcripts! Its always good to have your transcripts in because they cant process your application until they receive your transcripts. I would get them in ASAP and think about overnighting them but since your going to work on your application for a few weeks, I wouldnt worry about overnighting them.
