1. Can anyone please explain how "matching forms" work? I know I need them for transcripts (from every university I've taken a class at) and LORs. Where/when should I take care of these?

2. The only thing I haven't done is finished my personal statement (should be finished within next week-ish). Is there anything that you guys would recommend I do, to make sure everything is ready-to-go asap?

1. You enter the schools you have attended and it will give you a PDF matching form to fill out and give/email/fax to whoever handles the transcripts at those universities. Tell them to include it in the envelope.

For letters, you enter the information about your letter writers and it will send them an email giving them a link to upload the letter, no matching form required. If you choose to have them mailed by paper, then a similar thing occurs with the matching forms.

2. You can write 175-character descriptions for your activities and the paragraph for manual dexterity.
