Transcripts.. received?

Is it possible to know if transcripts were received by optomCAS before they verify grades and such? I requested to have my transcripts sent out 1.5 weeks ago. I had a copy sent to myself to see how long it would take. I ended up getting my copy last Friday, but when I check optomCAS it still says "no transcript information available". Anyone have any ideas?

There seems to be a delay in when OptomCAS receives it and when they update it on the website. For instance, OptomCAS received one of my transcripts on 7/14/2011, but I didn't see the update on the website until a few days (to a week) later.
If the wait gets to be really long, I would contact OptomCAS directly. But give them time.

optomcas takes up to 10 days to process transcripts...at least thats what they told me when i called a few weeks ago

I got my transcripta in early but now I'm having the same problem as you with LOR's. OptomCAS says they were received on x day but I got letters from schools saying they were missing materials, so I called. Apparently I'm all set now but my letters were received (the last one at least) on 9/8 and it was "available for view" yesterday. That's about a week processing I guess. I just hope that was the reason why I haven't heard back from 4 of my schools yet 🙁

usually optomcas effs something up. they lost my transcripts and didnt even tell me. my app got delayed 3 weeks
