I had to attend several schools to complete pre-requisites for Clinical Psych programs AFTER I got by Bachelor's. My thought was to have a bunch of official transcripts from each school sent to me and then send all four of the necessary transcripts in a packet to each school. However, I wasn't sure whether this was "kosher." I am assuming that each will be sealed, but will be addressed to me. Is this an issue, so long as it is sealed and sent to each appropriate grad admissions office? Wondering if anyone else has broached this issue before and could offer some advice, before I call each school and ask them.

Thanks to all who can help!!

It's generally fine. Many even recommend doing just that. Most sites will explicitly state how to go about sending transcripts though, so follow what they say.

I found on one site specifically that it is ok to get transcripts sent to you and then forward them, but otherwise, most are kind of vague and just ask that transcripts be sent to such and such address. If anyone has had experience with this, I would love to know. Thanks for your response!

If schools said put things in one packet, that's what I did. If they said "transcripts should be sent directly [emphasis added] to _____" then I had my undergrad send them straight there. If it didn't specify either way, I either called and asked, or just mailed things in one packet.

And I would echo the above that it probably doesn't matter, really (unless you go against explicit instructions). Admissions offices put the files and materials together, and they are not as strict, generally, as you might feel. I had some of mine that were supposed to be sent to certain schools, then found out that they didn't get sent and it was past deadline. I spoke to admissions at these schools, explained the situation, and they said it was fine to get the transcripts in post-deadline. People often get obsessive about apps, but the people in the admissions offices putting the materials together generally aren't going to be nasty, picky hardasses about things. Most people aren't like that. It's the applicants that are generally the ones paying such attention to the details.
