transcripts to AADSAS

I want to start telling my schools to send my transcripts to AADSAS immediately once this semester's grades are posted.
But I don't know where to send them, since AADSAS is using an outside service to receive transcripts.
And where do I get the Transcript Matching forms? Can I use last year's form?

AADSAS has an address for you to send them in - when you create an account with them (which you can't do for the time being) they should make it available along with the transcript matching form. I would imagine that the matching form will be almost identical to last year's, but since AADSAS is changing their guidelines as far as transcripts are concerned it may change a bit.
