Transfer Credit

In high school, I completed an Anatomy and Physiology course and a Dynamics of Healthcare course that was in connection with UMDNJ and passed the courses and exams in order to receive credit from UMDNJ. However, I do not want to transfer the credit though to my undergrad institution bc the grades weren't too good (i got A's in both classes but the exam grades were what showed up on the transcript: a B+ for A and P and a C+ for Dynamics)

My question is: am i required to indicate these grades and credit hours on DO apps even if I don't transfer them to my undergrad school? Do all transcripts like this have to be reported?

yes, unfortunately, you must list them even if you didn't transfer them. AACOMAS and AMCAS state that all college coursework must be reported.

It's okay though, hopefully you have so many units that 2 not to hot grades won't affect you GPA too much.

on an indirect note, would both AACOMAS and AMCAS realize that i took these in hs (i thought nothing from high school counted) and take this into consideration - would they maybe be impressed or something that i was able to complete and handle the rigors of "college coursework?"

Idn i'm really pissed about the fact that i have to note it on apps. Any advice except deal with it?

Spin it! It's all in how you present it. I'd explain it before they ask- put it in somewhere, either woven into your ps or secondaries. Spin it as a high schooler taking college level classes to explore an interest in medicine...it was harder than you expected but once you started classes at such a fine institution, you knew it was your passion and you were determined to earn the grades necessary to make it happen! See, that sounds better. It is better to be excited about your PASSING grades. Of course if you tell them how much you suck, they'll believe you 🙂
