hi boys and girls,

Has anyone out there had any experience in transfering after M2?

I am trying to go from a chicago school to st louis... and I'm looking for some advice.

thanks!

it's only possible to transfer if you have good reason to do so (family sick in the area, spouse works there or is a student there, etc). If you are looking to transfer just because you don't like your school anymore or you'd rather live in a different city, it's probably not going to happen. Med schools are very stingy when it comes to transfering students.

thanks kalel.

Does anyone have any personal experience in transferring to M3 or advice about how to approach SLU or WASHU in the application or interview?

You can check the schools' policy. BTW, Why do you want to transfer?

Im currently in the process of transferring as an ms1. Ill let u know what happens. Suprisngly, the med school im trying to transfer into is willing to take me as an ms2.

well see how that goes.
