If you transfer from a DO to MD program after 2nd year (assuming you pass step 1), and do all your clinical yrs in MD, do you graduate with an MD?

The answer is "Yes".
However, as sirius elegantly put it, there have to be some serious circumstances for you to be considered as a transfer student, regardless if it is DO-DO, DO-MD, or MD-MD.
