Transfer to Gen Peds Question

Hey guys,

Hypothetical, but possibly very real situation coming up for me. If you do the first 2 years of strictly peds in a child neuro program, can those years be counted as 2 years towards a gen peds residency if you transfer?

This is a neurology forum. Perhaps you should ask the pediatricians?

It's hard to imagine someone who started peds neuro, then left for pediatric residency hanging around the neuro forum on this website. There aren't even that many peds neuro people around here, let alone experts on the requirements for licensure in general pediatrics.
